This apprenticeship programme will develop leadership capability and identify future talent. It is aimed at those leaders who will support the implementation of the vision and culture and drive long-term business growth.
The modules can be delivered over a highly engaging and interactive virtual platform to provide leaders with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful. The world has provided an opportunity to deliver with greater flexibility allowing the programme to be completed in anything between 12-18 months, depending on experience.

Over 25 years Lucy has crafted an impressive and versatile career as a highly experienced L&D professional, consultant and facilitator, making a difference to a multitude of large businesses- including the delivery of management apprenticeships in a FTS30 organisation.
Her area of expertise lies in building and embedding strategic interventions that energise all levels of an organisation, through the sustainable development of their people. Responsible for introducing award-winning development programmes and delivering measurable outcomes such as higher engagement, lower team turn-over and improved career progression, Lucy consistently fosters confidence and challenges embedded behaviours in others to great business-critical impact.
An understanding of the important roles character and culture play in driving effectiveness, alongside the robust systems supporting it, has also been the backdrop to Lucy’s ongoing valuable contribution to the apprenticeship space.
